Workers' Compensation and General Liability Defense Attorneys

Whiteley & May Law

After spending two decades practicing together and gaining extensive trial and appellate litigation experience at larger New Orleans law firms, Frank Whiteley and Robert May formed Whiteley & May in September 2012.  Frank and Robert believed that, with their own law firm, they could better provide their clients with more personalized and cost effective service in the areas of workers compensation, employer liability and insurance defense.  Whiteley & May is dedicated to providing its clients with appropriate business solutions and objectives in defending each particular case, whether through settlement, mediation or trial.

In addition to their vast litigation experience, Frank Whiteley and Robert May are experts in the field of workers compensation law.  Frank is a Loyola University Law School Adjunct Professor, where he has taught Louisiana Workers Compensation Law since 2006.  Frank and Robert currently are co-authoring a textbook on Louisiana Workers Compensation Law.
